Practicals:
- Take the computer science classses your school offers. Many schools offer AP Computer Science.
- Keep Learning!! Find something you are passionate about (whether it is computer science or not) and keep learning about it! Google different topics. Read articles. Find websites on it. Find others who enjoy the subject and talk with them!
- Feel free to ask CSU career counselors questions! Even if you are not sure if you want to go to college or what college you are going to, they are there paid to help you answer those questions!

- Summer STEM Camp for Women in Fort Collins - One week intensive coding camp to learn basic coding skills
- Learned how to program in Python. Formed and completed group research project on anlayzing Twitter data and interpreting finding. Presented findings to group.
How to code at home:
- You can download Pycharm on your own computer
- It should automatically go to the page for your computer operating system (Windows, masOS, Linux). If not, click the link under "Download Pycharm" that describes your system.
- Login to your computer.
- Open Pycharm, and create a new project. Name it Intro. Then create a new Python file in the project called lesson2. You will be able to complete all your exercises for today within this file.
